Polar Express 2021

We are happy that POLAR EXPRESS 2021 was such a huge success, but it absolutely would not have been without the following NON paid supporters:

Yevette Vargas Photography - never charged a dime.  Yet, she was there every night at dusk, studying the perfect light, the perfect shot, to help make  the perfect memories. Yevette also played the part at the Polar Express "bum" while instructing families how to pose and when to smile.

Her son Angel Vargas - the Polar Express Conductor - kept order in the courtyard, aka The North Pole, as he took the train tickets and exchanged them for a goodie bag of chocolates and the North Pole Express Bell, then led the lucky train riders down the track to Santa & Mrs. Claus.

Highway 60 Motors and Dylan Earven Foundation's Don and Angela Earven played a MONUMENTAL role in making this night *MAGICAL. Don built the Train that overlooked the entrance of the North Pole. It included actual smoke, train horn sounds and anterior lighting -- I'll admit that I was a little worried about the weight of the all metal train that Don constructed and suspended, but it was perfect. Angela has an incredible eye for aesthetics and transformed the North Pole into a true EXPERIENCE.

Angela Earven and Theresa McGowen spent COUNTLESS volunteer hours and their own money on fake snow, Christmas trees, decor, raffle items which also included a fire pit, S'mores deliciousness, AND a giant stuffed bear raffle (the absolute HIT of the party!)

Alfred and Amy Ellison of FBFS and Ellison Family Farms for being THEEE BEST Santa and Mrs. Claus.  Again, they charged absolutely ZERO dollars and gave back to the community solely for being a part of this amazing community. We thank you both SO much for being the MOST FUN Mr. and Mrs. Claus! You made the night SO much fun!

Josh Branham of our IT department that spent several hours getting the projectors, video equipment, & music to work properly just hours before production.

Destiny Drake, Brittany Pearsall, Christine Roberts-Moran, Makayla Tavares & all of our husbands for jumping in to make hot cocoa - because we ran out the first hour, for being our "runners", for building snowmen games, lifting all of the heavy things, for showing up after to clean up, for getting your clothes dirty and sweating right along with me.

Thank you ALL!
