Mindset over matter

You have one #LIFE. One #CHANCE. One #TIME around.

When sharing their life experiences, my patients in their later years don't regret the things they have done (even when the outcomes weren't so good 🤐) but they do ALL share ONE regret. They regret limiting their #belief about themselves. They regret the things they didn't do or didn't #accomplish because they either believed a lie that they couldn't, or they spent too much time chasing the wrong person, crowd, money, etc.

Don't limit yourself. #challenge yourself. 🔝

Because it doesn't matter that you came from #globemiami or any other #smalltown 🏡

..

or that your parents didn't have money, or that the school system was rated a D 📚, or the teacher doesn't know anything (not my words, I think the teachers are doing an amazing job with what they have!), or that you don't have enough resources. It truly #doesntmatter

It's the #mindset🔑

The map doesn't end at that city limit sign. If you don't have the resources, be #resourceful

There is a #BIGWORLD 🌏 out there with so many opportunities and experiences, but #onlyYOU can #makeithappen and #itsnottoolate

Pursue your #dreams 🌠, whatever they may be. You have to have a #healthy mind and body to do so. 🚭 And you MUST let go of the excuses.

I'm speaking to me too! I've let my body go in an attempt to launch a practice on my own. I feel the #constantstress and #nosleep to where I'm fraying at all ends. Its easy (TOO easy) to start believing that I'll never be able to sustain this, it's too hard, too time consuming, or people don't care about their health and vitality. These are my limiting thoughts that I must cast out as soon as they come. My personal goal is to exercise 3x per week. It keeps me #sane and it helps me #thinkstraight and it helps me #stayfocused
